This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of the Company, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, volunteers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Modern slavery
The Company has zero tolerance for modern slavery in all its forms. We are committed to implementing systems and controls aimed at ensuring modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our organization or in any of our supply chains.
Due diligence
The Company will undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and will regularly review its existing suppliers. This includes an online search to ensure the organization has never been convicted of offenses relating to modern slavery, and on-site audits that include a review of working conditions.
Training
The Company will provide training to staff to help them understand the signs of modern slavery and what to do if they suspect it is taking place within our organization or supply chain.
Reporting
Employees, suppliers, or others who have concerns are encouraged to report them using our confidential whistleblowing procedure.
Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and may be amended from time to time.
