This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors at all locations where the organization operates.

General safety

All employees are expected to follow safety instructions and guidelines. The organization will provide the necessary training to all employees to ensure safe practices.

Reporting

Employees must report any unsafe conditions or potential hazards to their supervisor immediately. No reprisals will be made for employees reporting a work-related injury or illness.

Emergency procedures

In case of an emergency, employees should follow the emergency evacuation plan. Emergency exits and procedures should be clearly marked.

Management

Management is responsible for implementing and enforcing the organization's health and safety policy. This includes providing safety training and the necessary protective equipment to employees.

Employees

Employees are responsible for understanding and following the health and safety policy. This includes attending required training sessions and using protective equipment when necessary.

Failure to comply with the health and safety policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
