Kevin has over 25 years of experience driving revenue growth at Fortune 200 equipment and component manufacturing companies by adding data-driven, strategic rigor to product lifecycle management processes. While he has spent the bulk of his managerial career focused on strategic planning and product marketing, Kevin recently utilized experimentation, prototyping, and other lean startup principles to develop and launch a new field service business, which in 5 years grew to over 130 associates and $25M in revenue. Kevin has also led the implementation of “80/20” and “Raving Fans” programs and practices, resulting in triple-digit basis point first-year improvements in operating profit. He also has specific competencies in coaching and developing those new to leadership roles.
